1. DMCA Compliance Statement
TuneonTV Official respects the intellectual property rights of others. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have established a clear procedure for receiving and processing notifications of claimed copyright infringement.
2. Nature of Service (No Hosting Policy)
Please be advised that TuneonTV operates as a specialized media interface and technical infrastructure provider.
- No Local Storage: We do not host, store, upload, or broadcast any media files, videos, or live streams on our own servers.
- Technical Gateway: Our platform functions as a sophisticated technical gateway that allows users to access third-party content already available on the internet. We do not have control over the content hosted by third-party providers.
3. Procedure for Reporting Infringement
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe that any content accessed via our interface infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Agent with the following information in writing:
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (please provide specific URLs).
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
4. Designated DMCA Agent
All formal DMCA notices should be sent via our Official Contact Form (located below) or via our support channels. Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the infringing material within 48 to 72 business hours.
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. This must include your contact details, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
TuneonTV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate access for any user or service provider who is deemed to be a repeat infringer of our copyright policy.
