At TuneOnTV, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the digital nature of our services (IPTV subscriptions and online access), our refund policy has specific conditions.
Refund Eligibility Period
Our refund policy is valid for 24 hours after the time of purchase.
If more than 24 hours have passed since your order, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Non-Refundable Items
In accordance with digital goods regulations, activated IPTV subscriptions and digital services are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered or accessed.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- IPTV subscription has been successfully activated.
- Issues caused by user error, such as using an unsupported device or misconfiguration.
- Internet speed or VPN-related issues on the user’s side.
- Refusal to cooperate with our technical support.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered only if:
- You contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.
- The IPTV service has not yet been activated.
- A technical issue on our side prevents us from delivering the service, and we are unable to resolve it.
How Refunds Are Processed
If you are eligible for a refund:
- Contact us at iptvshownow@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will review your request within 48 hours.
- If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Free Trials and Promotions
- Free IPTV trials are limited to one per customer and are not eligible for refunds.
- Discounted or promotional subscriptions are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the service has not been activated and you want to change the type of subscription (e.g., from 1 month to 3 months).
